A checked model is the start, not the finish. The second half of the job is getting accurate numbers out of it, planning the work, and carrying it to the people on site.

Pull quantities straight from the model instead of counting by hand. Archicad takes off lists and schedules from 2D drawings or the BIM model, sorted to local standards. Solibri pulls quantities automatically from the IFC, grouped by floor or by room, so your calculation rests on real numbers.
