Archicad learning paths: pick the route for your discipline

Our training is built as a ladder, not a list. Each discipline has its own path, three levels that take you from competent to specialist, with every level set up to support the next. Taught in your own language by Nordic BIM Group specialists with decades inside the tool. Find the path that fits your role, then take the next course.

How a learning path works

Most of the working day runs through the BIM tool. For an architect we put that at roughly 70%, more in some practices, less in others.

Archicad is a deep tool, and most people use only a fraction of it. The more of it you put to work, the more that time pays off.

Every discipline path follows the same four moves.

Start

Get the foundation right. Learn to model competently and run a project from start to finish, so everything above this level stands on something solid.

Build

Add the daily production skills. Turn your model into clean drawings, documents, and schedules, faster and more consistently.

Specialise

Go deep where it counts. Take control of objects, data, and openBIM delivery, the work that sets a specialist apart.

Stay current

Keep pace. Refresh the basics when they start to slip and pick up new ways of working as Archicad evolves each year.

Choose your path

There is a path for each discipline, built around the work you actually do. Pick the one that matches your role and follow it through the three levels.

More paths are on the way as we build them out.

Architects

For practising architects and for the office lead mapping competence across a team. Start with solid Archicad fundamentals, build the daily production skills that turn a model into deliverables, then specialise in objects, data, and openBIM. Three levels: Basic, Advanced, Professional.

Interior architects

For interior architects and interior designers, and for the studio lead. Start with fundamentals tuned to interior work, build the everyday detailing and production skills, then specialise in the objects, materials and documentation that bring control and consistency to the finished result. Three levels: Basic, Advanced, Professional.

What you'll achieve

Whichever path you follow, the gains add up, for you and for the office.

Skills that compound

Each level builds on the last, so nothing you learn goes to waste. You stop working around the tool and start working with intent. Every new skill rests on a base you can rely on, project after project.

Confidence on real projects

Every course is taught by Nordic BIM Group specialists, around 20 Archicad experts in a Nordic team of about 60. You learn in your own language and on real Nordic projects, the way you work rather than in the abstract.

Measurable office outcomes

Trained teams make fewer errors and get more from the licences you already pay for. We measured a 20 to 25% productivity gain among users who completed our Competence Accelerator. Companies with formalised training programmes see 218% higher income per employee (Intellum, 2026).
