How Archicad cloud licensing functions - a summary

Cloud licenses: All Collaborate subscriptions with cloud licenses purchased after September 2023 will receive a new feature. A license can be named (assigned to a specific Graphisoft ID) or floating (assigned to a group).

License assignment: Administrators can manage licenses through the license management page. If a license is assigned to a group, it becomes floating, and when it is removed from the group, it is renamed.

License management: You can review and manage licenses on https://licensemanagement.graphisoft.com. Admins can manage the company profile, members, and groups on https://companymanagement.graphisoft.com.

Recommendation: It is recommended that each Graphisoft ID account is only a member of one group, although the account can belong to multiple groups.

Tabs and filters: On the group view, you can see information about the group's members and assigned licenses. Filters are available to sort by product and license availability.

The new feature makes license management more flexible, and administrators can easily switch between different license types depending on their business needs.
